About Me
I am a dedicated integrative counsellor with over 13 years of experience in private practice. Based in Littlehampton, West Sussex. I provide compassionate therapy that integrates intuition, body awareness, and emotional insight to help clients navigate life's challenges with authenticity and insight.
Before becoming a counsellor, I worked as a primary school teacher with a BA Hons in English and Qualified Teacher Status (QTS). My commitment to supporting young people extends through my work teaching refugee children and my voluntary counselling with young people aged 14-22, where I addressed complex issues including trauma, self-harm, and addiction.
My extensive experience includes counselling carers through Guildcare, supporting those caring for individuals with autism, dementia, and mental health challenges. This diverse background has shaped my deep understanding of human resilience and the transformative power of therapeutic relationships.
